Proudly Providing Home Inspection Services

Douglas performed a home inspection for me prior to purchase and I could not be happier. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain things to a first time homebuyer without over complicating. Report was prompt and well executed.

Doug and his Professionalism was a hands down 5 stars ⭐️. He took his time and made sure everything was reviewed. 😊

I had the pleasure of working with Doug on a wind mitigation inspection for one of my clients, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He was extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and stress-free.As an insurance agent, having reliable professionals I can confidently refer my clients to is extremely important, and Doug definitely earned my trust. I’ll absolutely be recommending him to my coworkers, clients, and anyone in need of a home inspection or related services. Thanks again, Doug! You’ve officially become my go-to guy. Mr. Regnault with Mercury Home Inspections is who you should call if you ever have home inspection needs. This year we needed an updated 4-point inspection done for home insurance renewal. I called and was scheduled within minutes with follow up questions, and needs addressed over email and texts. Their pricing is straightforward and very competitive. He was able to conduct my 4-point inspection within a few days. He arrived on time, he was courteous, professional, and highly informative. Afterwards, he told me his findings and gave me some very needed advice as a new home owner. The report was sent later that afternoon. Next year, I will be using Mercury Home Inspections again and once you give them a call, you'll do the same. Thank you for your service Sir.

These guys are the best Company out here in the Fort Pierce area told me they would be here at 2 o’clock the next day, and showed up here exactly at 2 o’clock. Did the 4-point inspection and wind mitigation for my house and sent me my report the same day could not be happier and the best part about it. They beat everybody else’s price. I had called four different companies, the highest being $500 literally did it for half the price of everyone else you cannot find a better company that actually shows up and does their job. Very happy with their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone else needing these types of services. Great job guys thank you so much saved me a lot of money time and headache.

I would highly recommend Doug and Mercury Home Inspections if you need a home inspection company. My home insurance was not being renewed after 25 years (company leaving the state) and to make matters worse we were in the middle of some renovations. Doug was great, exceeding my expectations and alleviating my anxiety. He was a true professional from beginning to end and walked me through the whole process. He was responsive to my calls and texts, available on my schedule and respectful of my time. Best of all I had my reports within hours of the inspection. Kudos to Doug and Mercury Home inspections.

Thank you Doug! Very thorough, incredible turn-around time. I will be using for all my properties in Port St. Lucie.

I liked the fact that I could easily book and pay for the exact time, date and type of inspection(s) I needed on the Mercury Home Inspections website. Very convenient. I booked for the very next day. I got texts from Doug confirming. He showed up on time and ready to inspect. I booked the wind and 4 point inspection. Doug was great. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant person. The inspections didn’t take him long but judging from the reports I received the same day, his inspections were very thorough. If you need any of these types of inspection services he’s your guy. Thanks Doug!

Doug was very thorough and detailed. You don’t think too much about your home inspector until they miss something and it causes you an issue. Doug get my highest recommendation and he is worth hiring for this important job

My husband and I hired Douglas Regnault of “Mercury Home Inspection” for our second home purchase and decided to hire him again for our third home purchase. I was very impressed by how quickly he responded to my text and scheduled our home inspection for the next day on such short notice. The home we purchased a month ago needed a new roof to qualify for larger discounts with our home insurance company, so we replaced the shingle roof with a metal roof. I texted Douglas to request a quote and schedule the inspection, and he wasted no time; he came right out the next day. The report he prepared for us was very detailed, with pictures and explanations, and he emailed it to us the same day. He truly took the time to listen to my concerns and address any questions I had. I would recommend Douglas to anyone needing a home inspection!

Precise and very professional. On time and very reasonably priced.

Douglas was very thorough and professional. He made sure that I had everything that I needed for my insurance company. Great customer service and extremely personable. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a good, professional inspector.

He was extremely polite and detailed in his inspection. Even has a drone for the roof!
